This unit is optimized for garbage bag production, in- or off-line. It is e quipped with a non-driven C-folder and single sealing bars as standard.
With FAS tensionless sealing operation and heating from two sides, it enables LLD, LD, MD, HD, recycled and biomaterial to be converted into a garbage bag on roll. The TU220 tape unit is the only optional equipment that can be attached.

The design of our new Starline is based on our proven technology and long experience for machines running off-line. Starline ensures reliable, robust, and simple production – giving you the lowest possible production cost per bag.
The FAS draw-tape machine line consists of four or five units depending on running in- or off-line. The line is fully automatic, and operates from layflat tube (not opened). It can operate either in-line connected directly to an extruder or off-line connected to an unwind stand.

Drop cloth/sheeting production with PU500 and SP500. The PU500 unit is a servo driven, freestanding perforation/serration unit which can be used for production of sheeting, drop cloth and table cover. It can work together with our SP500/800 with or without core, as well as the TW475.
The Wave-top line is for production of “4-flaps” bags. Refuse bags with two layers bottom and four flaps for knotting the bag. Starting with layflat material, sealing and perforation, V-folded twice, S-cut, and finally winded.

Bag making line for production of T-shirt trash bags. Equipped with our servo driven CT500 which also enables wave-top production with additional tool and folding unit. The setting and adjustment of the tool is made with digital indicators with accuracy to 0.000 mm.

The IW1100 is a fully automatic industrial winder. The winder produces rolls with a pre-set number of bags, adjustable through the colour touch panel. The unit can be ordered with a 38mm/1.5″ or 76mm/3″ core attachment and in two different speed ranges. Optional fingers for coreless winding.
